How to Install ReachOut

Follow these simple steps to get ReachOut up and running on your computer.

Mac Installation Steps

  1. 1
    Open the DMG file

    Double-click the downloaded DMG file to mount it

  2. 2
    Drag ReachOut to Applications

    Drag the ReachOut icon to the Applications folder

  3. 3
    Open the app

    If blocked: Right-click → Open → Open again

  4. 4
    Enter your license key

    Paste your license key when prompted

⚠️ If you see "App is damaged" - Open Terminal and run:

xattr -cr /Applications/ReachOut.app

⚠️ If you see "Operation can't be completed" permissions error - Use Terminal instead:

sudo cp -R /Volumes/ReachOut*/ReachOut.app /Applications/

Enter your Mac password when prompted, then eject the DMG and open from Applications.

⚠️Security warnings are normal for apps downloaded from the internet. ReachOut is completely safe to use.
